1. Selection of coffee powder

2. How to make filter coffee?

Step 1: After rinsing the filter, use 10 teaspoons of coffee powder (about 100g) to shake it gently and evenly, gently press the filter cap.

Step 2: Fill 160ml of boiling water (92-98OC) for the coffee to bloom evenly.

Step 3: After 7-10 minutes, add 250ml of water, then close the lid and wait for the coffee to drip.

Step 4: When the coffee is almost flowing, you tighten the cap to extract all the remaining coffee in the filter and the result will produce an amount of 160-200ml of juice enough for 4-5 cups (about 40ml each cup). -50ml) strong, delicious coffee.

– How to make large filter coffee 200 grams

Similar to the medium-sized filter, the way to make 200GR large filter coffee with the same preparation steps as for the small filter. But the amount of coffee and water is different, please refer to it:

Step 1: After rinsing the filter, use 20 tablespoons of coffee powder (about 200g) to shake it gently and evenly, gently press the filter cap.

Step 2: Fill 250ml of boiling water (92-98OC) for the coffee to bloom evenly.

Step 3: After 10-15 minutes, add 500ml of water, then close the lid and wait for the coffee to drip.

Step 4: When the coffee is almost flowing, you tighten the lid to extract all the remaining coffee in the filter and the result will produce an amount of 360-400ml of juice enough for 8-10 cups (about 40ml each cup). -50ml) strong, delicious coffee.
